Been here for almost three weeks while working on a nearby project. This place’s been solid. Comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room, and the laundromat downstairs was a lifesaver. Staff treated us with respect — which doesn’t always happen when you walk in dusty after a long shift. Free coffee in the mornings helped too. Not fancy, but clean, quiet, and reliable. That’s all I need
While this is an older motel, the managers did all they could to make this a pleasant stay. The room was clean, linens fresh, & breakfast well stocked. Checking in was quick & easy. Later in the day we had a chance to speak with them. When ask about restaurants nearby they told which places gave discounts & which ones they liked best. Later that night I needed an extra blanket & Dhara was able to provide it immediately. They are friendly & approachable and definitely want their guests happy. I would stay here again.

Had a really great stay at the Super 8 in Chisago City! I wasn’t expecting much, but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were super friendly and made check-in really easy. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked just like it should—which is all I really want when I travel. One thing I really appreciated: it was super quiet at night. I got a great night’s sleep, which doesn’t always happen when I stay at hotels. Also, I loved that there was coffee available in the morning and a small breakfast area—nothing fancy, but it hit the spot before heading out for the day. Location was perfect for what I needed—close to food, gas, and just a short drive from some great hiking spots. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable place to stay in the area, I’d totally recommend this one. I’d definitely stay here again!
Super clean! Staff takes pride in their work. Friendly. Great place to book a room! The building is WELL maintained the bedding is CLEAN. I will get a room here again, cannot say that about most of the motels/hotels for the price. Super 8 good job finding attentive staff who strive for greatness in the workplace. Their pride shows in their work! This stay definitely helped to set the New Year off right!

We stayed here for about 4 days while visiting family. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good—English muffins, bread, Wuaker instant oatmeal, waffles as well as frozen eggs and sausage patties that can be heated up in the microwave. We enjoyed making a sausage-egg English muffin sandwich each morning. I recommend adding sliced cheese to the menu. That would have rounded off my breakfast sandwiches. Our room was apparently one of the smaller ones. We chose the economy option, but had I known that the room wasn’t much bigger than the bed, I might have been looked at other options. Still we had a desk and a fridge in the room. We will be back in the area again, and we’ll stay here again.
